Twitter another great advantage of twitter is it can also be cleverly used as a tool that enables you to quickly and easily reach out to customers who may have had a problem with your products and turn them into a raving fans of your business.

I know exactly what you are going to say next, Adam I don’t have the time to use twitter.
Well I believe the exact opposite to get more time you need to use twitter, the problem with twitter is there is a lot of very poor advice out there on exactly how to use it.

The number of get a 100 followers a day programs (Most are absolute garbage BTW) just confuse business owners like yourself into thinking that twitter is a complete waste of time.
A comment that was made to me at a meeting the other morning was, twitter is just another fad that won’t last long.
That is like saying that cars are just a fad and we will soon be going to going back to using a horse and cart.

Twitter is here to stay for quite some time yet and if you use it as a tool the way it is meant to be used, twitter is the most effective real time communication tool available.

    Great post! Thanks for the shout out as well. I like the idea of SM being WOM on steroids… great way to put it. Also, That PF Chang’s video is awesome. I love seeing examples like that.

    All the BS-MLM and “I promise you a bajillion followers” type people are not going away anytime soon, it is going to take hard work from people who actually have quality information and content to rise above the “noise”.

    I have been learning a lot from Yourself and Mark through your blogs and the T(h)ink Core series especially about twitter.
    Quality above quantity is defiantly the way to go with twitter, as you posted recently.
    I would rather have 5 followers that are genuinely interested in what I am doing, that I can interact with and add value to.
    Than 1000 followers that are just following because some rubbish program told them too.
