Now I do this a number of different ways using different tools and strategies, depending on your needs and the type of business you have.
The one thing that I do recommend to almost every business is to first create an information product.
The main reason for this recommendation is that an information product, is the best low cost low risk effective way to start generating leads and cashflow as quickly as possible.

Now if you are like a lot of other business owners I talk too I can almost see you squirm in your seat at my next suggestion.
But of course you aren’t like those other business owners who don’t get twitter and you are highly interested in harnessing the power of twitter by using it to engage and interact with both current and potential customers.

Every time I go to a business networking meeting the overwhelming response when I mention twitter is; I don’t get twitter and it doesn’t affect my business any way.
Let me start by saying twitter affects every business whether you like it or not people will be talking about your business online.
Twitter can be a highly effective way of reaching your target market and keeping your finger on the pulse of what is happening in your area.

If you use twitter the correct way, which I would estimate that 99% of businesses on twitter are using it incorrectly.
Twitter is also an exceptional tool for creating a level of customer service that your competition who aren’t using twitter correctly, won’t be able to compete with.

Just before you go and check out the rest of my site I just want to give you a little bit more info about arguable the most effective of all online marketing tools that ties an interactive web marketing system together.

The blog but those aren’t for business I hear you say, nothing could be further from the truth.
Blog’s are easy to update, create interaction with your customers online, and are a great platform from which to launch your other online marketing tools such as twitter.
The other great advantage is the search engines love them because they can be quickly updated with relevant up to date information
