In fact I would go far as to say that there are very few Sunshine Coast businesses.
That even realize the amount of information, possessed within their organizations.

Whilst discussing how this works, with my wife the morning.

She came up with the example, of how it would have worked when she was selling leather lounges.
The company she worked for could have created, a product about how to best care for a leather lounge.
With all the great information my wife possessed, from the training that company had provided her with.

As we moved, and she doesn’t work for that company anymore.
All the knowledge my wife has, is of no value to the anymore.

If they had simple recorded that information, and turned it into an MP3or PDF file.
That information could still be working for them.

Providing great value to their customers via their web site.
But does this really work?
